Lavender oil
Lavender oil has so many practical uses. I use it in my diffuser at night to help me sleep. I rub it outside my ear for earaches. I rub it along my jawline if I have a toothache. I use it on burns if I have touched a hot pan or oven door. I have a spray bottle that has lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint oils mixed with water and I spray this on my dogs as a natural flea repeller. And I use it in my hair mixture as a conditioner. (I will make a separate post about my hair conditioner mixture.)
You can buy lavender oil just about anywhere. I've even seen it at Walmart. But its better to buy 100% pure oil from a reputable seller. I buy mine from www.anandaapothecary.com.
Also, diffusers are available anywhere. Amazon has a good selection. I bought mine at Walmart during the holiday season and I use it every night, so I recommend getting one. Diffusers can also be used in every room for aromatherapy. At work, a co-worker has started putting a small battery operated one in our stair well to help fight stale odors.
